How to make 

  • Combine flour, sugar, and yeast and mix well. Add the eggs and slowly add the water.
  • Knead until smooth, and add olive oil. Round the dough, then let stand 40 - 50 minutes until the dough expands 2X its original size.
  • Set aside the dough. Prepare the toppings. Saute all the toppings, correct the taste by adding sugar, salt, and pepper. After the dough expands, knead briefly until the air in the dough is wasted.
  • Then, flatten the dough in the pan, shape it according to taste. Next, stir the surface of the dough with a fork. Then pour the bolognese sauce and the sauteed toppings.
  • Add a few sausage slices, onions, large red chilies, and large green chilies. Then, give chili sauce, tomato sauce. Oven with a temperature of 200 - 220 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes. 
  • Remove, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, and oven again for about 5 minutes.
