Recipe for Crispy and Savory Bakwan Corn - Starting from breakfast when I stopped at my grandmother's house in Surabaya with white rice as a side dish of delicious corn bakwan, so addicted to wanting to make corn bakwan yourself at home.
Even though it looks simple and what it is, it turns out that the taste of corn bakwan is very delicious, moms consume it in the morning.

- 350 grams of shelled sweet corn
- 1 Carrot seeds, coarsely shaved
- 1 leek, finely sliced
- 1 Celery stick, thinly sliced
- 50 grams of wheat flour
- 3 tbsp rice flour
- 1 egg
- Salt to taste
- Ground pepper to taste
- Seasoning to taste
- To taste cooking oil (for frying)
Ground Spices
- 4 grains of garlic
- 3 red onions
- 1 teaspoon coriander (can use coriander powder)

How to Make
- The first step is to grind the peeled coarse sweet corn
- Put in one container then mix the mashed corn with leeks, carrots, celery, pepper, salt, flavorings, and ground spices then stir until blended.
- Then add the rice flour, wheat flour and eggs then stir until blended.
- Next, heat the cooking oil in a skillet using medium heat.
- Take a little of the corn bakwan mixture then fry it in hot oil, do it until the dough runs out.
- Fry until golden brown and perfectly cooked.
- Corn bakwan ready to serve.
Note: If possible, use a non-stick skillet so that the bakwan does not stick to each other when frying and the result is tidier.
